It’s going to be Valentine’s day soon; in a week’s time as a matter of fact; and by now I’m sure you already know that I’m your Val yeah?
Well, if I’m not…You are my Val!!!!!! and to spice up the day, I decided I’ll be showing you how to draw fashion figures professionally.
I think it’s high time we own up to our name, don’t you think so? We can’t be fashion designers for mouth nau. I don’t think it’s even right for us to call ourselves that name when all we are really doing is copying designs and styles thought out by other people. I believe it’s time to get CREATIVE!!!!!!!!!!
To be a fashion designer for real, you need to be able to translate your creative ideas aesthetically. And one of the ways to do that is to draw them out. But the problem is, not everyone can draw!
Well, on Valentine’s day, I intend to rectify that. I will be showing you how super easy it is to draw your own fashion figures. You don’t need to be a pro or even have any artistic features…Just you, your paper and pencil……and right, eraser.
Below is a clip of what to expect. Please press play
So make sure you get all your materials ready because IT IS GOING TO BE A CLASS…Not a tutorial. So you are expected to have everything you need on hand. And by now, I’m sure you are familar with how my classes work. You will be required to show your work as the class goes, so that I can be absolutely sure you are following.
So the materials you will need for this class are.
- 4 A4 papers
- HB & 2B pencils.
- A Roller tip pen.
- Ruler( I recommend ruler that contains Centimeter values (Cm)
And that is all.
